Billing and refunds

Write from the email address registered on your account and include the payment date and amount — both appear in Settings → Subscription, along with your invoice. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy sets out what we can refund and how long it takes.

Grievances

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, complaints about content on the platform may be sent to the address below. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.
