Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

We collect your account details (name, email), your prompts and comparison history, and basic usage metrics needed to operate the service and bill you accurately.

2. How we use your data

Your prompts are sent to the AI providers you select solely to generate responses. We do not use your prompts or outputs to train models, and we never sell your personal data.

Because a comparison runs against third-party models, the prompt and any attachment you send is transmitted to the providers of the models you selected, and is handled under their policies as well as ours.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your full card or UPI credentials on our servers.

4. Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings → Privacy. Deleting your account permanently removes your chats and personal data.

5. Retention

We keep your chats and account data for as long as your account is open. When you delete your account we remove them, except for records we are required to keep by law — invoices and payment records, which we retain for the statutory period.

6. Grievances

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, complaints may be sent to admin@newedgesoftsol.ai. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.
