New Edge Soft Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website and services signifies acceptance of any changes.

5. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using New Edge Soft Sol, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

6. Use of the service

New Edge Soft Sol lets you compare responses from third-party AI models. You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for complying with applicable laws and the usage policies of the underlying model providers.

7. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance in Indian Rupees via Razorpay. Credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, and prices by our Pricing Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to generate unlawful, harmful, or abusive content, to infringe intellectual property, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.

9. Intellectual property

The platform, its software, design and branding remain the property of New Edge Soft Solutions. You keep ownership of the prompts you submit and, as between you and us, of the outputs you generate — subject to the terms of the model providers whose models you choose.

10. Disclaimer and liability

AI outputs may be inaccurate. New Edge Soft Sol is provided on an 'as is' basis without warranties. You are responsible for verifying any output before relying on it. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Rohtak, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
