Pricing Policy

1. Pricing determination

• Pricing is based on the scope, duration, and complexity of the services requested.
• Clients are made fully aware of all costs before the start of any project.

2. Discounts

Discounts may be offered for long-term projects or educational services.

3. Pricing changes

• Any changes in pricing will be communicated to the client in advance.
• Pricing will remain locked for the duration of ongoing contracts.

4. Subscription and credit pricing

New Edge Soft Sol is sold as published plans rather than quoted work. The current price of every plan, and of every add-on credit pack, is shown on the pricing page and again on the payment screen before you confirm.

• All prices are listed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Plans are billed in advance for the interval you choose. Add-on credit packs are one-time purchases.
• Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Credits are consumed as you use models, at the per-model rate shown in the app before you send.
• Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next.
• A price change never alters an interval you have already paid for. It applies from your next renewal, and we tell you before that renewal.

5. Taxes

New Edge Soft Solutions is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged on your purchase. The price shown at checkout is the full amount payable — nothing further is added. Should this change, prices and invoices will state the tax separately from that point on.
